Nach möglichen Eigeninitiativen und/oder eines gemeinsamen Museumsbesuches, einer wunderschönen Bootsfahrt werden wird den Abend zusammen im Standhotel Berg verbringen.

Ich habe mit dem Strandhotel nachfolgenden Menüvorschlag erarbeitet und ich werde dies nach Rückmeldung von euch entsprechend buchen. Ebenso habe ich mit dem Hotel vereinbart ggf. Vor-/Nachspeise wegzulassen, sollte euch dies zuviel werden. Die exakte Bestellung/Preisfindung erfolgt dann noch später ...

Die Alternativen

1. Gang:

wir servieren einen kleinen gemischten Salat mit 2 Garnelen vom Grill (wenig
Knoblauch!)

2. Gang:
Ofenfrischer Schweinebraten mit lauwarmen Bayrisch Kraut & Kartoffelknödel
oder
Rosa gebratenes Rinderfilet an Rösti mit Pfeffer-Sauce
oder
Quinoa-Pfanne mit Ingwer, Kirschtomaten, Paprika, Erbsen & pikanter Tomatensauce

3. Gang:

lecker Apfelkuchen mit Vanille Eis oder gemischtes Eis mit Obst

After possible self-initiatives and / or a common museum visit, a beautiful boat trip will spend the evening together in the Beach Hotel Berg.

I have worked with the Beach Hotel following menu proposal and I will book this after feedback from you accordingly. I have also agreed with the hotel to omit any appetizers or desserts, should this be too much for you. The exact order/pricing will be done later ...

The alternatives

1st course:

we serve a small mixed salad with 2 shrimps from the grill (little garlic!)

2nd course:
Oven fresh roast pork with lukewarm Bavarian cabbage & potato dumplings.
or
Pink roasted fillet of beef on rösti with pepper sauce
or
Quinoa pan with ginger, cherry tomatoes, peppers, peas & spicy tomato sauce

3rd course:

delicious apple pie with vanilla ice cream or mixed ice cream with fruit

Dopo eventuali iniziative proprie e/o una visita comune ai musei, una splendida gita in barca, trascorreremo la serata insieme allo Strandhotel Berg.

Ho elaborato con lo Strandhotel la seguente proposta di menu e la prenoterò di conseguenza dopo aver ricevuto il vostro feedback. Ho anche concordato con l'hotel di tralasciare l'antipasto/dessert se questo è troppo per voi. L'ordine esatto e il prezzo saranno stabiliti in seguito...

1° piatto:

serviamo una piccola insalata mista con 2 gamberoni alla griglia (poco aglio!)

2° piatto:
Arrosto di maiale fresco di forno con cavolo bavarese tiepido e gnocchi di patate.
oppure
Filetto di manzo arrosto rosa su rösti con salsa di peperoni
oppure
Padellata di quinoa con zenzero, pomodorini, peperoni, piselli e salsa di pomodoro piccante.

Terzo piatto:

deliziosa torta di mele con gelato alla vaniglia o gelato misto alla frutta.
